Our modern 16,200 sq. ft. production facility is equipped with high-end metal machining tooling. We provide a full range of manufacturing processes, from 3D drawings, to manufacturing and finishing procedures, including: a high definition plasma cutting table measuring 8 feet by 24 feet that can cut to a thickness of 2 inches; a 330 ton high precision 5-axis bending press and º X 10 plate cylinder for all steel sheet production processes. Our experienced welders are also qualified to perform repairs on reconditioned equipment.

SANDBLASTING ROOM
This room is equipped with a steel ball shot blasting system with a recovery unit. This high-end equipment allows us to provide a sandblasting quality that responds to SSPC-VIS standards adopted for "ISO" regulations. The room measures 20 feet by 60 feet, and is equipped with 3 ton cranes.
PAINTWORK
With the same measurements as the sandblasting room (20 feet by 60 feet), this room is equipped with a high quality "airless" pump. In addition to an independent air-circulation system, this room features a 2 ton compressed air crane. Our manufacturing processes fully respect the specific procedures of our customers for uncompromising quality.
